Falconwood Staycations - A Holiday Back Home
One of the things that has always been most important to me is that my relationship with our puppy families doesn’t end the day they collect their puppy. When you welcome a Falconwood puppy into your family, you become part of ours.
Watching our puppies grow, celebrating their milestones and receiving updates as they become treasured members of their own families is one of the greatest joys of being a breeder. That’s why, whenever possible, I love welcoming them back to Falconwood while their families are away.
We call them Falconwood Staycations because, for our dogs, it’s not boarding it’s coming home.

They return to the home where they were born, to the people who helped raise them, and to their parents, siblings and other Falconwood dogs they already know. They spend their days exploring our paddocks, playing with the pack, relaxing on the lounge, and ending the evening by the fire before settling in for the night inside our home.
Because our dogs are family, our Staycation guests become part of our daily family life too. There are no cages, kennel runs or concrete pens. Just familiar faces, familiar smells and routines and plenty of love, attention and cuddles.
Falconwood Staycations are offered exclusively to dogs bred by Sheepadoodles of Falconwood. Places are intentionally limited to ensure every dog receives the individual care they deserve. We are currently fully booked for the remainder of 2026.
To me, one of the most rewarding moments is seeing a Falconwood dog race through the gate, tail wagging, as if they’re saying, “I’m home.”
That’s exactly what Falconwood Staycations are all about.
Staycation Housekeeping
Staycation fees are payable in full on or before drop-off.
The same applies to any grooming or bathing services booked during your dog’s stay. Full grooms are $180, provided your dog’s coat is reasonably maintained and mat-free. If your dog is matted and requires additional time and work, an additional grooming fee may apply. A bath is $80
Please also remember to bring enough of your dog’s usual food for their entire stay. This allows us to keep their diet consistent while they’re here and helps avoid any upset tummies.
There will be a small increase to our Staycation pricing from next year. I’ll share our updated pricing with everyone well before it comes into effect.
We absolutely love having our Falconwood babies come back for their Staycations. They very quickly settle back into life here and become part of the Falconwood chaos again
